Since Lindsay confirmed in People that she is “dating and happy,” I’m going to assume that James Blunt is the lucky guy. She was spotted out with him on the 24th at Teddy’s. I thought he was still with Petra Nemcova, but apparently they broke up in February and don’t hate each other. Well, I’m sure Petra’s fine. It’s not exactly like James traded up or anything.
