Can’t say I’m surprised. Tour de France champion cyclist Lance Armstrong and Goldie Hawn’s daughter Kate Hudson have called it quits…finito…over…kaput! Despite each being introduced to the other’s family and despite Goldie seemingly giving her approval at a July 1 lunch at The Ivy at the Shore and Kate’s 4-year old son Ryder going to a Father’s Day brunch with Lance and biological dad Chris Robinson (whew…that was a mouthful)…the relationship’s over.

You know I have this funny feeling that Kate doesn’t like Lance’s being a conservative Republican and Lance isn’t a big fan of Buddhism (Goldie’s one). And because Lance screamed Sheryl Crow’s name in bed and Kate still envisioned Owen Wilson as her lifelong partner.
