Security staff on the set of Nicole Kidman’s new film Australia were left embarrassed this week when they refused country superstar Keith Urban access to his wife - because they didn’t recognise him.

Urban was paying the actress a visit on the set in remote Bowen and was spotted pleading with a female security guard when she refused to let him pass a checkpoint without the proper pass.
