“Charlie Wilson’s War” was the latest Julia Roberts‘ starrer which I caught December of last year. Julia is currently busy being a mother to fraternal twins Hazel Patricia and Phinnaeus Walter, as well as Henry Daniel, her third child with hubby Daniel Moder. Despite having a busy family life, what are the upcoming films that we can expect on the big screen from the country’s “Pretty Woman” with a megawatt-smile? Here’s a quick look:
In “The Friday Night Knitting Club”, a story penned by Kate Jacobs, Julia plays a single mom who is struggling to raise her teenage daughter while maintaining a knitting store in Manhattan.
In “Happiness Sold Separately”, she plays a suburban housewife in a marriage drama directed by Scott Coffey. “Eat, Pray, Love” is a Ryan Murphy-directed flick which is based from Elizabeth Gilbert’s bestselling memoir. The film is co-produced by actor Brad Pitt and Dede Gardner.
Finally, Julia stars with Carrie-Ann Moss and Ryan Reynolds in a tragic drama directed by Dennis Lee. The film premiered at the 2008 Berlin International Film Festival.
