Have you heard of this new so-called “fountain of youth”? It may sound a bit startling to some and others may find it weird (they would rather eat lots of chocolate cake and indulge in their favorite food rather than starve themselves and limit their food to mere oatmeal every single day, they say) but here’s what you should reportedly do in order to increase your life span: eat less!
While the quest for the proverbial Fountain of Youth is endless and typically fruitless, one method known to extend the human lifespan by up to five years has quietly become accepted among leading researchers.
The formula is simple: Eat less. It could add years to your life, several experts now say. And done in moderation, it could at least help you live a more healthy life.
The only question is: Will the average person do it?
Some observers say that the real key to this is moderation. Eat a balanced diet and not necessarily less. You need not starve yourself. In fact, a lot of dietitians say that the more you eat SMALL meals over the course of the day, the better.
Now I ask you all: will YOU do this? Are you willing to eat less just so you can have that proverbial fountain of youth? Do you really think that it increases your life length? Do you also think that it increases your life’s quality?
