Since returning from Milan, were Lindsay Lohan attended Dolce & Gabbana's Fall 2008 show, she has been seen with a new bag on many occasions.

Her new favourite bag is called the Dolce & Gabbanna Coin Purse Bowler.

The harlequin snakeskin bag, is reported to retail at $3,995, but no doubt Lohan got it for free.
