Tons of recipes call for toasted nuts, be they pine nuts, walnuts, or toasted pecans. But if you are prone to putting nuts in the oven and forgetting about them �" as I've been known to do �" that's a lot of wasted nuts. That's why I've switched from toasting nuts in the oven to toasting them on the stove top. What's your preferred method?
