5. Fiesta Steak
You can take this dish two times a day. This dish contains-
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 minced cloves garlic,
- 1 pound flank steak
- Tomato salsa
- Salt and fresh black pepper
How to prepare:
Mix and dip steak in garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Leave to be soaked in for overnight. Heat the pan and bake the steak for about 3 minutes by altering the sides till both sides become light brown. Then reduce the heat. Now cover pan and cook further for next 5 minutes. Slice the prepared steak into ¼-inch thick pieces and enjoy this healthy dish with tomato salsa.

6. Grilled Vegetables
You can take this dish four times a day. This dish contains-
- 12 asparagus spears
- Cooking oil spray
- 2 red quartered and seeded bell peppers,
- 2 yellow quartered and seeded bell peppers
- 1 zucchini, cut in quarters to length
- 1 eggplant, cut in quarters
- 1 yellow color squash, cut in quarters to length
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 plum tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon fresh fine black pepper
- 1/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- ¼ teaspoon salt
How to prepare:
Spray some cooking oil on the pan and let it heat up. Spray some olive oil on the vegetables. Spray salt and pepper on the vegetables according to your taste. Place t bell peppers on grill and cook for about 5 minutes. While cooking, stir well the vegetables turning and add on the remaining vegetables.
Add eggplant and let it grilled for 3 minutes. Add asparagus and let it grilled for 3 minutes.
Now add zucchini along with yellow squash and let it grilled for further 3 minutes. At last, add tomato plum and let it grilled for grill 3 minutes. Decorate the preparation and enjoy a healthy diet.
My experience:
You can increase the quantity just by adding some water. This dish keeps you well in all respect. Either use it in lightly warm form or as a cold dish.
7. Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables with Salmon
You can take this dish two times a day. This dish contains-
- 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 cup julienne Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup julienne Bock Choy
- 1 cup Chinese long green beans
- ½ cup julienne carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 8 ounces salmon fillet, grilled
- 1 tablespoon of chicken stock
How to prepare:
Grill the salmon for three minutes on both sides in a 350-degree oven.
Add sesame oil, long green beans, carrots, cabbage, bokchoy, garlic, bean sprouts and ginger. Cook on the medium heat for one minute.
Now add chicken stock with the spray of soy sauce. Let it be cooked till the entire vegetables become tender. Enjoy the preparation with grilled salmon.

hmm for me it looks like usual nice food – don’t you think the source of celeb figure in something other then food – maybe they have such a form because of everyday parting/drinking ? :)

All celebrities control their dieting, I’m sure about it. We are what we eat. They have good shape because of diets and sports.
or they have good shape because for continues stress on the work, social life, paparazzi etc …
