If skim milk is great for weight loss, whole milk will most definitely give you the extra calories you need to gain weight, not to mention more calcium and protein.If you're like me and can't stand plain milk, try smoothies!

They really are life-savers.

Blend a couple of your favorite fruits (bananas, mangoes and strawberries are my favorite combination) with a cup of milk and half a cup of yogurt and some sugar.
