This list works well for those who are watching their diet, too.
Remember that if you would like to reach your weight gain (or weight loss) goals, learning as much information as you can about the food items that you pile on your grocery cart helps a lot.
It’s all a matter of choice on whether you would like to pack on a few more pounds to be a la-J Lo, or if you would rather shed off the excess weight and strictly watch your diet.
Being comfortable with your body and being happy with what you’re eating is what’s important.
Remember!
Remember that being obsessed with counting the calories that you consume will only work if you know exactly how calories are being used up by your body. When you eat a big fat, juicy burger, for example, there is no need to burn off ALL those calories in one super-intense exercise session. Your body does need to retain some calories to serve as a fuel to the normal functionalities of the heart and the lungs.
So long, bellas!

Thanks alot for the article. I am a 25yr old mother of three, and believe it or not- I have been trying to gain weight for a long time. The only time I ever gain weight is when I’m pregnant, and afterwards I’m back to my original size in no time. I’m 5′3″ and I currently weigh 120lbs. Hopefully by following this article’s suggestions, I can gain atleast 20-25lbs before summer comes again. Everyone likes a little meat on their bones!! I have been skinny as a rail all of my life because of my fast metabolism, I desperately want to be a little heavier.
I value the information contained in this blog..thank you to everyone who contributed. I will certainly do like wise..in order to gain that weight…its not nice to stay thin for all your life.
