Lobster makes a great high calorie food to indulge in when you're trying to gain weight because it's got so much protein.

At the same time, it has very little fat, so it's not going to make you gain a lot of unhealthy fat.

Lobsters get a bad rap, really, because as you can see, they're not that bad for you at all.
