		<description>Awesome shopping list! I am nutrition student and have to agree that this list is quite nutritious! I was happy to see quinoa listed under grains, but I would have to liked to see kale listed under vegetables, as well as all sea vegetables. Other than that, looks great!</description>

It depends on the ingredients, first off, you need whole wheat bread (preferably, organic), organic turkey, good cheese (not the processed one that was already sliced up and put into a little plastic pack).  About mayonnaise - try to substitute it with something - organic soar cream, hummus, organic spread cheese, some pepper, some salt.  Now this is a healthy snack :)
