how can you lose weight in the stomach and whats some ways you can lose weight with out trying too like what kinds of food should i stop eating and start eating?

Eat more vegetables and lean animal protein. Omega-3 fats and saturated fats with protein and lots of vegetables are healthy and good for you. Nuts are also good to get healthy fat that helps support
your metabolism. Fruits are good too, but be careful not to eat too much fruit — fruit is still loaded with sugar, and sugar is what makes people fat. Watch out for foods that will cause you to release more insulin. Eat less processed foods like pasta, rice, bread, etc. Make water your main beverage… and you can do it! Try to walk for a little bit everyday, and you will see the weight fall off without a lot of stress. :) Good luck!

@Sheila, this list must be a joke. where are you getting your information from? look into Kimberly Snyder if you actually want the “ultimate healthy food grocery list,” because all i see here is misinformation.
