Gwen at War with Forever21
Looks like Diane Von Furstenberg isn’t the only one taking a bite out of inexpensive-trendy fashion company Forever 21. Apparently the singer / fashion designer Gwen Stefani is currently at war with F21 for trademark infringement of her Harajuku Lovers fashion line, in particular, the handbags.
Papers filed in Los Angeles Federal Court claim Forever 21 is marketing, promoting and selling products featuring a design “virtually indistinguishable” from Harajuku’s signature heart & ...

I happen to think Gwen sueing forever 21 is ridiculous. Forever 21 is my favorite store to shop at. I want to know how she can sue them for having the smae pattern or fabrics when every store sells the same thing. Forever 21 sells really nice clothes at an affortable price who can really afford Gwen’s line? Everyone buys knock offs of everything like fake purses. So to me this law suite just makes me dislike Gwen even more.
I love forever but i would think that a company that big would know better then to infringe on copyrights. BTW Lauren, you can buy gwen’s items at affordable prices, thats why placed like target sell it.
Japan should sue Gwen for culture infringement.
Weeaboo.
Don’t order from Forever21 online, because if there are any problems, you can’t speak to a supervisor or manager to get it resolved. Any problem has to be handled by email or snail-mail so they can avoid talking to you. Be careful!!
