Every July the US can pay thanks to one Ronald Regan who officially designated the 7th month of the year as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month National Ice Cream Day (he must of had a particularly good bowl of Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough that day).
