Lemon and warm water works really well, I've lost some fat around my waist. Probiotics are good too if you feel bloated. The combination of both really helps.
Getting into a routine I have found is very important for sticking to your weight loss goals. Also, breakfast is key!! Make it a high protein breakfast so you'll be full until lunch. Walking helps a lot too, avoid the elevator and take the stairs next time .. It all adds up and you'll notice the difference in no time :)
My issue is portion size and when I eat. I force myself to eat breakfast but almost never eat lunch, I manage a restaurant and don't get a lunch break. And I smack on fruit or vegetable on my way home but as for dinner I cook my family dinner almost every night, and then I overeat. Ugh!
I found that cutting portion sizes really helped! A lot of the time you don't realise how many calories are in your food until you start tracking how much you eat
