Gosh I love this app! These tips are great! I am enjoying living a healthy lifestyle. I actually look forward to jogging and walking after work. I am always try to stay active! In the morning I do light workouts. It's great for your mind as well. After a nice hard workout I am focused and can study with a clear mind. Meal plans are for sure the way to go, but also have fun & enjoy life. It's ok to have a junk food snack here or there. It's all about moderation. Plus use your body to its full capacity! You can do so much while exercising, it's ok to push yourself. You're strong and mighty don't let anyone take that from you! I am 6'0 at 140 which is the healthy weight for me. I am skinny and fit but not overly skinny. It's also knowing your body, it's a balance. It's tough at first but once you start your journey you'll be grateful you did. It's truly an amazing life transformation, hopefully sling the way you can inspire others.:)
Abs are made in the kitchen, these exercises will not burn fat or'flatten' your stomach just build a stronger core albeit not a bad thing. However, if you're trying to burn stomach far cardio/aerobics/hiit is the way to go my friends ;)
I feel as if the picture in #16 is promoting an unhealthy body image. That is what people with anorexia strive to look like, which is obviously unhealthy. I know from experience.
