The two best on here, I'd say are "Yoga" and "Squats, Push-ups, and Crunches" (or whatever it said ;) but yeah those are the best because with the push-ups and squats, you don't need to spend any money and you don't need any equipment so you could do it truly ANYWHERE. Yoga was also pretty smart, you don't even necessarily need a class... you could look up yoga on YouTube or something but yes this article was good but definitely these 2 stood out
