@emmeline no offense, and I do mean no offense, I wish people, not just you, would stop finding everything sexist! It's getting where a man can't open a door for a woman without it being called SEXIST. Men are built stronger and MOST girls/women, myself included, can't do regular push ups like men can.
Yup as others pointed out girl/guy push-ups are unfair (and outdated) nicknames....how about just calling them regular push-ups vs modified push-ups 😊
Could you find another name for "woman push-ups" and "man push-ups", since they are both incredibly sexist? This app is supposed to be about inspiring women, not making them out to be weaker and less able then men. Or vice-versa for men, because it's just as sexist to men.
Walking is good for you but cardio is good for your heart health and to loose weight, if that's your goal. Also, I've heard the exact opposite- that running reduces stress, not increases the stress hormone cortisol. My husband actually starting running to manage his stress levels and it's helped immensely. And literally every runner I know says the same thing.
So I'm not sure where that information is from that says running increases stress.
