Hey Manuela, it's a dry brush. Here's a picture of what they look like and how to use it, you can find them at health food stores or online: http://www.therichlifeonabudget.com/2011/05/dry-brushing.html

You're right, Lucy. Training is a really important part of reducing and preventing cellulite, thanks for the tip!

The foam roller can be used for exercise or to "massage" parts of your body. I personally started using it as part of Tai Chi for myofascial release but you can use it for so many different things: http://www.shape.com/fitness/workouts/10-ways-use-foam-roller. This article focuses on how it helps cellulite. it's not a long term solution but can help the appearance of your skin :) Hope this helps Brandi

Hmm, I'm not 100% sure. Are you viewing it on a tablet or smartphone, I wonder if it just doesn't fit properly on your screen.

Ugh! Diet soda is so bad, I wish it were healthier because I love soda -_-
I really dont get the foam roller thing can someone explain that to me i just looked up what it was and that just doest seem like it would do what the article is talking about?
hello! in some articles the main article is way too left on the screen and it is hidden by the menu..do you have any idea what can i do to change that? thnx :)
Don't forget about training. After a year of no exercise means I will need 3 months in the gym for my muscles to harden before loosing weight. Hardened muscles means a toned body meaning less fat equals to less cellulite.
