What about bangs for someone in their 50s?

hey lyndsie great article! I enjoyed reading this. I don't have bangs but I really want to get some...I had full/blunt bangs before and they have only just grown out...I didn't really like them they didn't suit me. What bangs do you think I should go for? I have a heart shaped face shape and naturally curly hair but I straighten it. My hair is layered and cut in a U shape and is also quite thick!

I got bangs (blunt bangs) about two months ago for the first time and I adore them :)

In my opinion you are right about side swept bangs. They do seem to be the most popular right now. It is also what I currently have and I really like them a lot.

Hey Lolly, Aren't the pictures pretty self-explanatory? Bangs are basically fringes... you know when you cut part of the hair above your forehead short. Gosh! That's a terrible explanation. :D
