Nothing wrong with doing sound research on the internet with good resourses, and finding new recipes with common proteins and veggies. Clearly a dietitian is a great idea but your 'tone' is demeaning to those who maybe can't afford it (time or money) and looking to do well by themselves. Peace.

hey try low fat crackers and low fat cream cheese or some digestive cookies smashed up in some low fat vanilla yougart (any flavor of ur choice i like vanilla :) i hope this helps it definately helps me
dont go for this things that are labbled NO fat cuz they make u crave more foods like diet coke or any other diet soda instead have normal soda but not the whole can just try half or even less w/e u prefer for me its all about cutting down the portions i eat into halfs or less depending on the orignal calories that food contains...

Almond butter? Wow I'v enever tasted that. Maybe on my next trip to the grocery store. Though thankfully I'm not that fond of any kind of butter. One less temptation. :)

Almond butter is better for you than peanut butter..its much more natural and has alot less fat..although not to much of it either..eliminate peanut butter if you want to lose weight. Exercise every day and drink protein shakes and throw in one table spoon of peanut and you should get your fill while getting good food in you.

Did you have a chance to check out the recipe. I was skeptical too but apparently if you follow their directions, this dish will only have 287 calories per serving. Sounds healthy to me :)

i'm 5'7 and 40 lbs overweight..
i'm trying to lose 12 lbs or so in about a month by christmas when i see all my family members.
Several foods that i'm addicted to are cereal and peanut butter. I know that they're healthy but i eat them constantly and they can be high in calorie. Any suggestions for what other snacks i should try instead of these?

Healthy eating doesn't have to mean that food that isn't delicious. It's all about the ingredients. These recipes have been well researched and I assure you that not only are they delicious, they are also most definitely low-cal!

Sure, they may be nutritious AND delicious, but low-cal...I'm not convinced. If you're trying to loose weight by watching your diet, I would be very suspicious of these recipes.

hello...this is my first time on this website. i really like the ideas. i am going to florida in 29 days, i have a 3 yr old and it's very difficult for me to find time and energy to go to the health club because of my work schedule. i am 5'2" and i weigh 139 pounds. people say i don't look like i weigh that much??? my husband says i have a disease called "dismorphia" i need help in shedding 10 pounds in 30 days the right way. can someone give me any good tips????
