Don’t you just love how each designer frock can be worn in an entirely different way by Hollywood celebs? Even if two women are wearing the same dress – the make-up, the hair, the shoes and the accessories will give each outfit a unique, individual touch.

Just take a look at this fashion face-off as an example. Last June, Heidi Klum attended the Peabody Awards at the Waldorf Astoria in New York. She wore a winter white RM by Roland Mouret Pigalle wool dress. The Project Runway host wore her hair in a romantic do, complete with blood red lips. She had Christian Louboutin pumps to match.

Meanwile, Jennifer Lopez graced the Marc Jacobs’ Spring 2009 show in New York wearing the same dress. Her dark hair was in an upswept style, she had white earring to match, her make-up’s muted, and she had a black bag and YSL Trib Two Platform Pumps to complete the look.

Heidi Klum carried the dress well – but the curves that JLo had made the most of the dress – so for me, she wins this face-off hands-down.
