The Council of Fashion Designers America/Vogue Fashion Fund announced the ten finalists today: 3.1 Phillip Lim, Vena Cava, Rogan, Band of Outsiders, Erin Fetherston, Koi, Threeasfour, VPL, and Philip Crangi Jewelry.

On November 15, the winner, who will receive $200,000, will be revealed - on the same day as the CFDA/Vogue project Seventh on Sale begins!

I have to say...my money is on Phillip Lim!
