Larry Birkhead will not get any definite answers on the paternity of Anna Nicole's baby girl, Danielynn. Earlier today a judge refused any testing of Smith's body, but did order her remains preserved until a full hearing on the matter scheduled for February 20th. Smith's body can't be buried or cremated until this is settled.
