Are you still shopping on eBay? If you’re one of the ever-loyal shoppers in this site, then you’ll be glad to know that eBay just kicked Tiffany’s ass in court! The judge ruled in favor of eBay for a case filed by Tiffany & Co. way back in 2004 -with the auction site presumably being mostly fakes.

So now that eBay can legally sell fakes, what’s a poor online shopper to do?

Just imagine the pride that you’re supposed to feel when you successfully bid for a thousand-dollar designer bag on eBay, only to discover that it’s a knockoff! That would really suck!
