Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard is the newest advocate against animal cruelty. Here she is posing naked for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) campaign. She’s the freshest face to advocate the “I’d rather go naked than wear fur”/”Be comfortable in your own skin” ads.

Seeing this ad has really got me thinking again…do PETA campaigns still convince me? Or are the ads largely PR efforts on the celebrity-advocates’ part? Hmm…
