Japan has apparently stirred Americans into a new diet frenzy. It’s called, “The Morning Banana Diet.” Sumiko Watanabe, who is a pharmacist, apparently wanted her husband to lose weight, so she developed this banana diet to increase his metabolism. Mr. Wantanabe ultimately lost 37 pounds!
So how does it work, well the regime goes like this: Eat a banana (or as many as you like) and drink a glass of room temperature water for breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be anything you like as long as you stop eating by 8 p.m. and go to bed by midnight. A snack is allowed, but should be eaten around 3 p.m.
This diet has gained such popularity, that Japan is experiencing a banana shortage!
Now this is definitely considered a fad diet, but I wonder how many in the states will try this. Will you try this diet? If you have, let us know, have you lost weight?

bananas are a natural diretic and cleanser. they rid the body of excess water. and keep you regular. they are good at mainting weight and losing extra water weight
its worth a try it cannot hurt you! im gonna try it! i eat bananas back to back and there good if your bloated.
