When I saw those pictures of her with Victoria Beckham I thought there was something very different about her face... and apparently she got a nose job.
This would explain why I haven't seen any pictures of her in the last few weeks... she must have been recovering.
I don't get why these people who are known for being beautiful and cast in movies and TV shows because of their beauty go and ruin themselves!! Katie's looked a little gross at times but there is no need of this!!!
