recently discovered your blog and I really love it. I'm going to New York in February and I've never seen snow or experienced winter before (i live in Asia). please give me some advice on appropriate footwear. oh and since i probably wont be experiencing winter for a looong time again after this trip, I'd rather not spend too much on any boots/shoes/appropriate footwear. thank you so much!
