I LOVE the postings about what you eat every day. I was just thinking the other day about how bad I eat, but I never have any ideas about what can be quick and easy and NOT fast food! Posting your diet gives me all sorts of good breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas... Thanks a bunch!!!
