Next week, O’Reilly’s new magazine, Craft, should be out on newsstands around the U.S. For those of you familiar with the magazine Make,(the technology project magazine) Craft can be described as its counterpart in the crafts realm.
The first issue of Craft, the first project-based magazine dedicated to the renaissance happening within the world of crafts, will feature 23 projects; a sneak peak into its table of content can be found here.
Volume 01 features 23 projects with a twist, including sewing a light-up tank top, turning old shoes into great new knitted boots, felting an iPod cozy, embroidering your skateboard, making a jet-age garden, and more.
I don’t know about you, but I hope I can get my hands on a copy over here in the old continent, and in the meantime I will keep reading Craft’s blog.
