Her friend Kristen Bell also shined in her Elsie Katz Couture sequins strapless dress. What I love about Rachel's take on sequins is that it's tame and unique. She kept the look androgynous with stylish wide-leg black pants. Plus, it's nice to see R-Bils in something other than boots!
