Miley Cyrus chatted with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM just the other day. She has traded her blond locks in for something a bit more rock 'n roll and I like it. To go with her new red 'do, she wore a LaRok studded vest and dark skinny jeans. Like a true fashion chameleon, Miley can go from youthful and fun to edgy all in a matter of weeks.
