Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively attended the HELP Group's 11th Annual Teddy Bear Ball in LA this week dress wearing a black velvet mini Gucci Fall 2007 long sleeved tunic dress.

She even wore the same Gucci shoes as the runway model.

This is a great look for the young actress, in fact I think she look better than the model.
