Any handbag fiend will tell you: there's a definite distinction between day purses and night purses. The two are friends but they are different. The former tends to be bigger and more functional. The latter, like this Vintage Red Canvas Wristlet Clutch, has just enough room for your lipgloss, cell phone and credit card.
The great thing about this vintage red one is that it's vibrant enough where you can keep the rest of your outfit unfussy. Carry ...

Celebrity eBay Alert: Tori Spelling’s Vintage Gucci Clutch
It was heard all over the news last year.. when Tori Spelling’s super-rich father passed away, he left her with nothing and gave it all to her (evil) stepmother. Where did this leave her? Broke (rich type of broke). She then hired long-time friend Sharon Yost to help auction off part of personal designer wardrobe on eBay. And here we have celebrity eBay item of the day. ...

I love the collection of quirky stuff at Plinth of London. A small selection of their furniture is available at Liberty, London. This is the sort of stuff I love to come across whenever I visit Liberty.

I have come to the conclusion that I'm a visual person as I am more than happy to just look at pictures when visiting foreign websites that sell gorgeous vintage items such as these. Go and drool at the images at Vintage by Nina

We're in a shoe limbo right now. Summer is dwindling down so you don't want to splurge on any more open-toe sandals; Fall is not quite here so you don't want to bust out your suede boots just yet. These Vintage Purple Suede Pointy Pumps, size 8.5, however, are very timely. They have the texture of Fall (suede) and the shape of Summer (pumps)! The color is also fun for both seasons. For now, pair them with a ...

Vintage is always a gamble - not just because you're putting something that was fashionable many years ago back into rotation, but also because the fabric of the garment has been around the block a few times.
Vintage fabric can be a lot more fragile than new fabric. I bought this beautiful silk dress from the circa 1950 a couple of months ago, and the first time I wore it, the sleeves tore and disintegrated - the fabric ...

I'm just not sure how I feel about the Pan Am/Marc Jacobs bags. One the one hand, the retro bags, a nod to the vintage blue classic bags from the 50s and 60s, are sort of cute. On the other hand, the fact that they have Pan Am on one side and Jacobs signature on the other just makes them a bit flashy, and not in a good way. I might buy ...

Mary Kate Olsen Loves Her Vintage Chanel Purse
MK with her timeless white vintage - It’s an oldie but a goodie.
Just because a handbag is from a previous season doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s out dated. Especially when it comes to the classic styling of Chanel designer handbags. They will be in style for ever…
Also, just because it’s long sold out doesn’t mean you’re out of luck. Here are a few versions of MK’s bag via ...

I really love Michelin's chic yet fun purple fiesta outfit - it almost looks nautical to me with the white pants and tan belt, but instead of the predictable navy top, she used purple! This is a great example of how to take vintage pieces and make them look really modern.
Here's what she has on:
- Top: Vintage
- Pants: Unknown
- Shoes: Vintage
- Belt: Old Navy
Congrats to Michelin!
Everyone else, submit your looks and vote on your favorite ones today ...

igottrouble's orange dream prom dress provides us with a perfect example of using a dress shape to flatter your body. This one makes her waist look tiny and accentuates her curves! The orange color is ravishing against her skin tone. The cut reminds me of a Roland Mouret dress from a couple of years ago, and I love the back detail. Gorgeous!
Here's what she has on:
- Dress: Vintage
- Shoes: Joyce Leslie
- Bag: Topshop
Congrats to igottrouble!

I recently learned that an old friend from high school had become a flight attendant, and I instantly wanted to ask her all about it. Maybe it's my love of traveling, or the fact that I used to do long-haul overseas flights 3 or 4 times a year, but I've always been fascinated by the occupation.
That interest, however, didn't extend to flight attendant "fashion." Both the men's and women's uniforms ...

Siyang at Little Fashion Gallery emailed me the other day to tell me about their latest additions. I was thrilled when she told me they were all vintage items. Vintage Furniture from Bianca & Family and Vintage Baby Clothes from Martin
Hey I remember when babies wore dresses and romper suits like those pictured and take a look at that fabulous Vintage School Chair.
I love this idea and of course Little Fashion Gallery is based ...

Yves Saint Laurent Nadja Rose Handbag
I have been stalking ebay for the longest time in search of the dust rose colored suede (or leather) Nadja handbag dressed in waves of lovely fabric spiraling to create the eye catching flower design. Oh I truly love this purse, but too bad I declared my love for it a little bit too late since it sold out a long time ago, and now my results are turning up ...

Okay, so you didn't have $932,178 to spend on Audrey Hepburn's iconic Breakfast at Tiffany's little black dress. Now you have a chance to bid on the hot pink cocktail dress she also wore in the movie and it is estimated to sell for a lot cheaper. Christie's is holding a Film and Entertainment Memorabilia auction on May 30 in which they are selling this dress along with a variety of ...
