Nicky Hilton was taking a casual stroll on Beverly Blvd. in her shrunken vest, black skinny jeans and buckled flats. All the items I just described are old timers on the fashion scene, but what's new and divine is her Burberry Prorsum studded bag. It adds mega oomph to her simple outfit.
