Top 3 Best Dressed & Worst-Dressed at the Emmy’s

It’s red carpet fashion time once again! We’ve skipped out on Emmy’s fashion due to the writer’s strike held last year – but this year, all our favorite Hollywood celebs are back with a vengeance!

Bright colored gowns, designer frocks and fresh-off-the-runway pieces dominated the red carpet. Here’s what we thought are the top 3 best and worst dressed femmes at the 2008 Emmy Awards.

BEST DRESSED

1. Brooke Shields

The “Lipstick Jungle” star easily ruled the red carpet in this gorgeous, tiered Badgley Mischka gown. She kept her accessories at a minimum – and her hair and makeup’s perfect!

Screen Actors Guild Awards - Best Dressed

Best Dressed Award

Amanda Bynes on her first major awards ceremony stood out from all the other veterans wearing this gorgeous Marchesa 2008 Resort strapless embellished gown.

Love the hair, but might have been better pulled back.

Joint Best Colour Award

This strapless cobalt blue L'Wren Scott Spring 2008 gown on Kyra Sedgwick was pure perfection.

Kyra has an amazing body, and this dress showed it off.

Primetime Emmy Awards: A Little Black and White With Your Red Carpet?

These ladies kept it classic and sophisticated in their black and white gowns on the Emmys Red Carpet tonight. Although all of these dresses had a similar color scheme, each one is unique. From Debra Messing's Ralph Lauren mermaid gown and Edie Falco's pretty beading to Sandra Oh's minimal black strapless and Christina's magic bump-hiding Valentino, each one was a statement on its own. Which was your favorite?

Primetime Emmy Awards: Fab Best Dressed Nominees

Can I just say: we saw some major gorgeousness tonight! We saw a rainbow of colors, an array of shapes and some dazzling jewels (and shoes!). Alas, there can only be one best dressed lady from tonight's Emmys. Will it be red hot Ali? Sparkling Eva? Matching duo Ellen and Portia? Sleek Sandra? Glowing Minnie? Or Dior-clad Heidi? The fashion fate of these ladies is in your ...

SAG Awards Red Carpet: My A-List & B-List

Overall, I was disappointed by last night's SAG red carpet style. I was hoping since it was the awards show amongst the actors and their Hollywood peers, people would have a bit more fun with their choices. Save the gorgeous gowns for the Oscars and raise the hemlines and work the colors for the SAGs! Here is my A-List & B-List:

A-List

Diane Kruger stopped me in my tracks last night. I didn't post a poll about it, and the more ...

SJS’s Best Dressed at the Sag Awards 2007

SJS’s Best Dressed at the Sag Awards 2007

The Screen Actor’s Guild was filled with a lot of beauties (and talented winners), but as you’ll see later, only one really horrid looking woman. Now for the Best Dressed of the SAGs, 2007.

Mariska Hargitay in Carolina Herrara

She hasn’t lost all the pregnancy weight, but we don’t care! She looks as gorgeous as ever, and this includes her hair. (I’m a poet …)

Eva Longoria in Vera Wang

I love the flouncy grey … tulle(?).

And finally my very best dressed, although she looked a lot better in movement (sorry):

Sandra Oh in an unknown gown.

It was perfection.
