She attended the 23rd Annual Women's Project's Women of Achievement Gala in New York last night wearing this amazing strapless floral Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2008 gown with a ruffled hemline.
Kerry was an honoree at this event and received a "Woman of Achievement Award".

But for me her best dress this week, was the gorgeous Elie Saab Spring 2008 Couture ensemble which she wore to the First Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon.
