TMZ has obtained court documents, filed this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Phillipe wants to make a clean break from the marriage. He is not asking for spousal or child support. All he wants is joint custody of the two kids.

Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa welcomed a 6 pound, 14 ounce baby girl named Kai Madison this weekend in New York.
Trump Jr. told People magazine from the hospital that “Everyone’s great.” He later added, “This baby is the best and biggest baby of all babies. Ever. This baby puts to shame all babies ever born before her.”
Kai is just 14 months younger than her Uncle Barron!
