It's camera day today! Or so it seems. With more announcements set to come from other Canon and an early morning update from Samsung, Pentax too has been busy. Aside from a couple of new DSLRs, it's also added an entry-level compact digital camera to the mix.
There's been a lot of cameras today, hasn't there? I've used up all my camera jokes (they were there, you just had to look hard), lost my enthusiasm for an extra .2 megapixels, and suspect you might be suffering from snapper's fatigue. So, we'll make this Samsung announcement quick. It'll be like ripping off a plaster. Ready?

Oy. I think I can safely say that I've been left with absolutely no desire to buy a camera today. But were I going to, I would probably have my distinctly amateur photographer head turned by the first two of many new models from Fujifilm.
Am I the only person who goes doolally over cameras? Perhaps it's because I had the pleasure of seeing this little baby in person last night so I'm feeling particularly friendly towards it.
