As reported earlier today, Britney Spears has grown "very close" with 33-year-old guitarist Jason Filyaw during her stay in rehab. Spears's new guy spoke to TMZ today but would neither confirm nor deny the pair's relationship, instead saying, "I love her, I support her 100% and we are close."
