For whatever reason, Botkier has decided to put these wide braided straps on many of their purses. Why? I’m not sure. While the leather on this Botkier Nightfall Satchel is very soft and not at all constricting (thus easy on the shoulder), the braided straps don’t do much as far as aesthetics are concerned.
