Living with a vegetarian means you become, by default, a vegetarian.
As such, my experience with vegetarianism is rather shallow and disappointing to my partner. It boils down to discovering tofu that's manipulated to an extent that it in no way tastes like tofu.
Soy bacon, not bad though I shudder to think of the processing. Tofu burgers, great when slathered in BBQ sauce. Soy milk; takes a year to tolerate the wood-like flavor but it's ok after that.
