At the Publicists Guild luncheon last week, George Lucas, gave an award to publicist Sid Ganis, who was the in-house publicist on Star Wars: Episode Five – The Empire Strikes Back, said, ‘Sid is the reason why The Empire Strikes Back is always written about as the best of the films, when it actually was the worst one.’”
Someone cataloged minor props from the movies such as matchbooks, Marty and Doc’s letters, and newspapers. Zoom in, a few of them have odd glitches, probably due to disturbances in the space-time continuum. Newsweek got an early look at a few of the sets from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, opening in conventional theaters and IMAX on July 13. The sets were designed by Oscar-winning art director Stuart Craig.
Don’t listen to thinks alone at night! This guy has reversed the Audio from the famous brainwashing scene in the recent Lost episode 7 – Not in Portland and found some ultra creepy audio. The key part of the text says “Only fools are enslaved by time and space” the link has the MP3 player. It’s really creepy.

Rock band Genesis will perform their biggest concert ever with a free gig for more than 400,000 fans at an ancient hippodrome in Rome. The concert at the Circo Massimo on 14 July will be the final show of the band’s first tour in 15 years.
