The results of Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy today have been labeled inconclusive. The medical examiner reported that toxicology tests are needed to determine the cause of death, and a full examination may take up to 5 weeks. Foul play has been ruled out, though, so that’s one cause down…out of a lot. Stay tuned for updates!
