      Christina,
I have read SO much about acai over the internet and I don’t know…it just sounds way too good to be true. Have you tried any acai products yourself?

Green tea is terrific for your skin. Have a cup of green tea after an oily meal and you’ll notice the green tea disolving alot the oil in the body.

Avocado mask is great for moisturizing the skin as well. Good article

Another GREAT veggie packed with nutrients and vitamins is the Sweet Potato. I drizzle some olive oil over cubed sweet potatoes and lightly season them–then steam them for 7-10 minutes. They taste great and do wonders for the body and skin. :)

    PS. Broccoli as well!!!!!
