    Green tea is effective and Ive been drinking it for a while. Keeps me healthy too.

    May I suggest the yellow mangoe variety not the green stuff you get from supermarkets. Pop down to your local asian shops and good skin will never have tasted soooo good!!

    Also take and put on green tea extract. It’s sold in health shops and is absolutley wonderful. A few drops is equivalent to 10 cups of green tea. I have been recently dabbing directly onto my skin at night.
