hi, im a 14 year old. i have trouble denying junk food, and when im bored i always seem to want to eat, how can i prevent myself from eating when im bored? i play
soccer, but i just dont seem to be lossing weight. i need help!

Well, diet and exercise go hand in hand when it comes to losing weight. It’s wonderful that you’re playing soccer but all that junk food means that your exercise is going to waste!
I know exactly how this “eat when you’re bored” works because I’m a victim too. The key is to distract yourself as much as possible and if you must eat, try something healthy and tasty. Low fat yogurt is great, cereal is good, chicken salad…things like that. Don’t let your effort go to waste hun.
