I eat healthily, I excerise 14 hours a week including cardio, weights, strength, core but I cant drop the weight. I havent lost or gained a kilo in months. Do you have any tips to help? You should get one of those measuring tapes and measure around your thighs, arms, belly, hips, etc. You will be amazed at how much you are losing even though the scale is not saying anything, =)
