I’d like to get ripped but not in a bulky way, just add more definition. I run but this doesn’t really help my upper body that much. Any suggestions about exercises or even some food that may help?

Try an upper body circuit such as a 5×10 regime: dips, pushups, bench press, curls, row 10 reps each and repeat ten times, and increase weights reps as you feel yourself increasing strength.
